Used Equipment
We provide complimentary 30 day exchange warranty in Canada on all used equipment. The warranty commences on the date of pick up by the Customer or shipping to the customer.
The warranty does not cover standard maintenance (e.g. lubrication, adjusting cable tension on strength machines, adjusting treadmill belts, releveling feet, re-calibration or cleaning) or wear and tear components (e.g. upholstery, belts, pads, grips, consoles etc.) . Warranty does not cover mechanical or cosmetic damage due to improper use, physical damage or the user engaging in activities which is warned against in the user manual. Customer tampering with the machine, including disassembly / reassembly immediately forfeits the warranty.
Refunds & Return Policy
All sales are final and returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of usedequipmentcanada.ca
All equipment is the property of usedequipmentcanada.ca
Any orders unclaimed after 30 days of invoice date, without authorization for usedequipmentcanada.ca will be considered abandoned. All abandoned equipment will be made available for resell without any refund, reimbursement or compensation to the buyer.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours (“Cancellation Period”) of placing an order (full or partial payment) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts. Any orders returned after 7 days (“Return Period”) of picking up or receiving delivery, will be subject to 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
